HOW do you start your day?


Are you running off old unconscious programs that limit you throughout your day ?


How you start your day (especially internally) affects your entire day as it is preparing the path for your day


What are your first thoughts and inner dialogue when you first wake up? This is a great place to start. Bring conscious awareness into your inner dialogue and inner though patterns that arise as you wake up


Once you are aware of what you have been pre-paving you can change it


Tuning back into the present moment and feeling grateful for the bed you just got to sleep in and the sleep you got are great places to start


HOW lucky are we to have arms, legs,fingers and toes that work and function pretty much perfectly ?


Do you acknowledge any of these little baby miracles upon waking or starting your day ?


Externally, what can you do that helps re-balance and re-align you in body mind and spirit?


My morning can vary but usually involves:


Some sort of gratitude upon waking


Coming back to the present moment instead of mentally jumping out into my day and do to lists


Breathing or breathwork


Tongue scraping and oil pulling


Some sort of alkaline drink (celery juice, fresh ginger tea or lemon in warm water)


Shower


Meditation and movement


Hugs and kisses to and from my son and partner


WHAT CAN YOU IMPLEMENT THIS WEEK TO IMPROVE YOUR DAYS FROM NOW ON ?
